TRADES
The New York Rangers trade captain Ryan Callahan for The Tampa Bay Lightning captain Martian St. Louis. Talk about big trade and an even bigger trade Florida Panthers trade goalie Jacob Markstrom and forward Shawn Mattias for Vancouver's Roberto Luongo.

HOCKEY LOCKER
I had a great morning at the ice arena watching some hockey from local teams today. I even got to see the locker room of one of my favorite players, Scottie Upshall! Thanks Krys Barch! You made my day!
